  • Experience: Alfredo spent five years in Dr. López-Garriga’s Lab studying the interaction between hydrogen sulfide and the protein HbI from the clam Lucina pectinata. Also, he spent four years in Dr. Martínez-Cruzado Lab annotating genes from Amazona vitatta and genotyping samples from the Puerto Rican population to find SNPs associated with diseases.
